Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

TUDUUK is a productivity application designed to help people turn intentions into actions and track meaningful progress. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we process

  • We may receive basic account information when you sign in with Google, such as your name, email address, profile information made available by Google, and a unique account identifier.
  • We process the content you choose to create in TUDUUK, such as purposes, tasks or actions, completion status, progress information, preferences, and other app data you choose to save or synchronize.
  • We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, synchronize, and troubleshoot the service, such as app version, synchronization timestamps, and error or diagnostic information when available.
  • The current release does not require a phone number or SMS authentication, and we do not use personal information for advertising in this release.

2. How we use information

  • Provide and operate TUDUUK.
  • Authenticate your account and keep account-linked data separated.
  • Back up and synchronize data when you use cloud synchronization.
  • Provide support, protect the service, investigate errors, and prevent misuse.
  • Process account-deletion requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Service providers

  • TUDUUK uses third-party infrastructure to provide core functionality. This currently includes Google for sign-in and Supabase for backend and cloud data services. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and the configuration of the services we use.

4. Local and cloud storage

  • Some app data may be stored locally on your device. When cloud synchronization is used, account-linked data may also be stored in TUDUUK's backend infrastructure. We aim to keep local and cloud data associated with the correct signed-in account.

5. Sharing and sale of personal information

  • We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only when necessary to operate the service through our service providers, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Data retention

  • We retain account-linked information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TUDUUK, unless you request deletion or a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Limited backups or technical records may persist for a reasonable period before being overwritten or deleted.

7. Account and data deletion

  • You can request deletion of your TUDUUK account and associated cloud data at https://tuduuk.com/delete-account. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

8. International processing

  • Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we rely on the safeguards offered by our providers and applicable law.

9. Security

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children

  • TUDUUK is not specifically directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to digital services under applicable law. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Your choices and rights

  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights.

12. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date shown at the top of this page when we make material revisions.
