Delete my TUDUUK account
You can request deletion of your TUDUUK account and the cloud data associated with it.
For account verification, send the request from the same Google email address you use to sign in to TUDUUK.
What to do
- Tap the button below to prepare an email to info.tuduuk@gmail.com.
- Send the request from the Google email address linked to your TUDUUK account.
- Use the subject “TUDUUK account deletion request”.
What will be deleted
After the request is verified, we will delete the account-linked data stored by TUDUUK in the cloud, including synchronized purposes, tasks/actions, progress data, and account-linked backup data, subject to any limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or technical backup cycles.
Data stored on your device
Data stored only on your device is controlled by the app installation on that device. You can remove local app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
You do not need to have TUDUUK installed to submit an account-deletion request.
